TammySue has ten years experience as an agent and five as a broker.  She prides herself on the trusting relationship she develops with her clients, and the attention to detail with which she handles their home buying or selling needs.

Having owned her own brokerage for five years, Tammy Sue has a rare perspective of creative marketing techniques, managing the loan process and understanding her client needs. 
 
TammySue concentrates on the West San Fernando and Conejo valley’s.  As a Calabasas resident, she recognized the need for well-educated short sale and REO experts in the area, therefore she became certified in short sales and foreclosure by the “Coaching to Excellence Group.”
 
With an emphasis on social media, TammySue operates her own blog where she communicates the latest in real estate news, while writing about herself; including  her passion for animals and fitness.  In November, she completed her first Ironman Triathlon.  Tammy Sue is happily married with a 12 – year old daughter.
